“The Fund, which was included in the maneuver for the first time this year, has a budget of 14,5 million euro for the year 2020, of 14 million euros for the year 2021 and 13 million euros for the year 2022, with the commitment to strengthen it every year more; is intended for 57 smaller islands, corresponding to 39 municipalities, of these 33 integrally islanders and 6 partially.
The smaller islands, inland areas, mountain areas, those at risk of depopulation, cannot be left behind; it is up to the state to take charge of this to offer all citizens, from north to south, the same opportunities ".
